Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days if items are available, and you are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt, we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.
***COVID 19 Policy Update***
Although some of the restrictions have been lifted in our East Coast Warehouse, we are still experiencing some shipping delays due to a shortage of employees. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Currently, with the exception of items such as Handmade Goods, Scrying Mirrors, & Crystal Carvings, the warehouse is responsible for shipping out most of our items.
The Foxes Den will be responsible to keep you updated as any new information or changes occur.
