Refund policy

WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES IF WE ARE CONTACTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY. RETURN ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of poorly packed items. If you intend to return or exchange a product, please reach out and let us know prior to you sending it back. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will then credit your card for the cost of the item and will send you an email confirmation once the process is completed. Please allow 5-7 business days, depending on your issuing bank or credit card company, for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:Items such as Tarot Decks and Oracle Decks that have been opened (Once they are opened, we can no longer sell them)

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We will pay the return shipping costs and refund your initial shipping cost if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

REFUND METHOD AND TIMING
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will issue a refund for the cost of the item and will send you an email confirmation once the process is completed. Please allow 5-7 business days, depending on your issuing bank or credit card company, for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–15 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.

If you paid more than $800 in cash or more than $250 by check or by a debit card without a major credit card logo, we will refund you by check within 10 business days. Any amounts deducted from a gift card will be credited to the gift card. If you no longer have the gift card used for an order, please call us at 505-659-7322 with your order number handy, and we'll be happy to send you a replacement.

MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES
The Foxes Den is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and will not reimburse or duplicate any stolen or lost items from USPS. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided is secure and accurate. If items are lost or stolen, a claim can be filed directly through USPS.
