Aragonite is a Calcium Carbonate mineral with a hardness of just 3.5-4. It is found in a variety of colors, altho the purest specimens are clear/translucent. Do not use water to cleanse this crystal. This crystal is also found in coral and limestone, as well as marine fossils.
When I work with Pink Aragonite, it feels to me like the energy of love held by an innocent child. I find it very joyous, whimsical and filled with gratitude. The first time I worked with it, it reminded me of getting the nerve and then the payoff from holding a date's hand for the first time.
I often bring Pink Aragonite to my Alter when I am in times of lethargy and depression. It gives you the assistance you need when you are looking for self-confidence. Fae, also LOVE this stone. I think its the playfulness that it carries.
